In general, I don't care for most holidays. Thanksgiving and birthdays are about all I celebrate. Typically we do Thanksgiving with my family, and xmas with Tess' family (since generally for Thanksgiving her family is either shooting animals of some sort., or partying in Vegas).
The entire family scraped out of bed early Thanksgiving morning to head to Fort Worth. First, to run the 30th Annual FW Turkey Trot, then over to my parents for the Thanksgiving feast.
It was a perfect morning for running- clear, sunny and 50 degrees. Claire and I first ran the 1K event. which made a great warm up. Then the twins and I ran the 5K.
I'm heading to Georgia this weekend to attend and speak at DrupalCamp Atlanta. My proposed session on Learning Drupal was accepted and is scheduled for right after the keynote. Guess I better start writing it, eh?
