I got back into running 5Ks this weekend, after 6 weeks off due to injury. Three weeks into my "5K Every Weekend Until I Break 20 Minutes" plan for 2011 I pulled something in my abnominals and barely ran since. But both my twin boys were running this race, and I was feeling better, so I decided it was time to get back into it.
I fought this book. There is really no better way to put it. It is a difficult read, but not because of its depth or complexity (which it has in spades), but because of poor execution. Bear overreached, and failed.
